Auto-dispatch, bulk shipping and document printing

Logisticians no longer have to click the same thing for every order: parcels can go to the delivery service automatically or in bulk, by checkboxes, and documents and labels are printed in one go.

Three improvements for logisticians:

• Auto-dispatch. A parcel is passed to the delivery service by itself, for example right after the order is confirmed. This is handy if you work with fulfillment or a courier comes for all the ready parcels on their own. It is enabled in “Control” → “Delivery settings”, in the “Automatic dispatch of orders” block: in the “To send” field, specify which status or stage to send orders from, and in the “Success” and “Error” fields, which status to assign to the order after sending.
• Bulk shipping. For the cases that automation can’t handle: tick the orders, choose “Send the parcel” from the “Delivery” group of the drop-down list and click “Save”. The orders will go to the delivery service and get a track code.
• Bulk printing. After shipping, choose “Print labels” in the same group: documents and labels will be put together into a single PDF document or archive.

Important! A shipment cannot be canceled or corrected, so before sending, make sure that the data in the orders is correct and the orders themselves are saved. For auto-dispatch, the error status must not be the same as the sending status.
