Analytics: calls by operator, delivery by courier

We have taught the reports to look deeper. Call analytics now shows data broken down by the operators who made the calls, and delivery analytics shows it by delivery service tariffs and by couriers. This way you can see how each operator works and where the buyout drops.

Calls by operator

The “Call analytics” section (the “Company” menu) now has a block by operators: the same columns as in the rest of the report, but each row is an employee. You can see how many calls the operator made, how many orders they confirmed, how many cancellations and trash they got, and what their approve rate is. Instead of the feeling that “someone seems to call worse”, you get numbers for each person.

Important! Call analytics works with the date of the order change, not the date it was received, so an operator's figures belong to the period when they made the calls.

Delivery by tariffs and couriers

Delivery analytics has learned to look inside the delivery service data. If the service passes a tariff or a courier name, the report gets separate blocks broken down by tariffs and by couriers. Each row gets the same figures as the whole report: status counters, buyout rates, order value and finance. Now you can see which tariff and which courier keeps the buyout up, and where it suffers.

EuroFF

EuroFF has been added to the list of delivery services: orders are sent from the CRM with a button, delivery statuses are pulled in automatically, sending can be put on autopilot after order confirmation, and warehouse balances synchronization can be switched on with a checkbox in the service settings.
