Phone corrector: now 234 countries and territories

We have expanded the phone corrector: it now has rules for 234 countries and territories, up from 88. The customer enters the number the way it is written at home, and the operator and the delivery service get it in the international format.
The corrector runs the moment an order enters the system. It looks at the order's country (or, if there is none, at the country determined by the customer's IP) and brings the number to the international form by the rules of that country: it adds the country code and removes leading zeros.
Previously, rules were added one country at a time; now we have added 146 at once. Here is what it looks like:
901234567 → 998901234567 (Uzbekistan) 01012345678 → 201012345678 (Egypt) 0812345678 → 66812345678 (Thailand)
The dialer and the delivery services take the number straight from the order card, already in the international format. Operators no longer need to learn the phone codes of all these countries by heart.
Important! The corrector fixes only the format, not the digits: if the customer made a mistake in the number itself, it stays that way. It works only with new orders and only when the country is known: if it is neither in the order nor detected by IP, the number stays as it came.
